1. Introduction
By using Mabuti Health’s services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all personal training, nutrition consultations, at-home sessions, and any related coaching services.
2. Services
Mabuti Health offers:
- In-gym and at-home personal training
- Nutrition coaching
- Movement assessments and mobility screening
- Health habit consultations and lifestyle coaching
Services are personalized based on the client’s needs and availability. Any limitations will be discussed during the initial consultation.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
- Clients are expected to book sessions in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session rate unless due to emergency.
- Sessions canceled with appropriate notice may be rescheduled within the billing cycle or rolled over as applicable.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is accepted via credit card, debit, or bank transfer through Zoho Books.
- Otherwise Venmo, cash, and gold or silver bars, at spot value, are accepted
- Pay-as-you-go sessions must be paid before the session begins.
- Monthly plans are billed upfront on a recurring basis. Unused sessions from monthly plans automatically roll over to the following month.
- Prepaid session packs are paid in advance and do not expire.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered if:
- The client cancels a prepaid pack before any sessions have occurred.
- Mabuti Health must cancel services for reasons beyond our control.
Once a session has been used, that portion of the pack is considered non-refundable. Prepaid sessions remain valid indefinitely unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate health and fitness information during assessments
- Communicate injuries, illnesses, or limitations prior to each session
- Follow trainer guidance and home exercise programming when applicable
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in training or coaching, the client assumes all risk and agrees that Mabuti Health is not liable for injuries sustained outside of our supervision or due to client negligence.
Clients will be required to sign a liability waiver and health screening form prior to beginning services.
8. Intellectual Property
All program materials, assessments, documents, and session formats are the intellectual property of Mabuti Health and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
Mabuti Health reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Any significant changes will be communicated by email or during session check-ins.
